Como todos lo saben y ya es mi costumbre escribo post sobre el cuidado facial (por los momentos) luego empezaré con el cuidado personal en general y el maquillaje, pero para que este post no sea la excepción en esta oportunidad traigo para todos ustedes un exfoliante corporal totalmente casero y donde solo necesitaremos 2 materiales que esta totalmente a nuestro alcance como lo son:
As you all know and it is already my habit to write posts about facial care (for the moment) then I will start with personal care in general and makeup, but so that this post is not the exception this time I bring for all of you a totally homemade body scrub and where we will only need 2 materials that are totally within our reach as they are:
JABÓN AZUL - BLUE SOAP
AZÚCAR - SUGAR
Esto no es más que un exfoliante corporal el cual su función principal es eliminar las células muertas, y la suciedad acumulada en la piel.
Es ideal que la apliques mientras te estés duchando, para así poder aplicar en toda zona de tu cuerpo, bien sea abrazos, abdomen, cara, piernas etc..
Para hacer esta mascarilla no te requiere mucho trabajo tampoco, con dos sencillos pasos podrás obtenerla:
- Has espuma con el jabón hasta que tengas una cantidad conveniente según todas las zonas en donde las vayas a aplicar.
This is nothing more than a body scrub whose main function is to eliminate dead cells and dirt accumulated on the skin.
It is ideal that you apply it while you are taking a shower, so you can apply it in all areas of your body, whether it is hugs, abdomen, face, legs etc..

- 2: A la espuma de jabón que ya hiciste agrégale azúcar, formado una pasta y hasta que la azúcar se disuelva lo más que pueda, y listo!

No es necesario un tiempo estimado para ya retirarlo, una vez que la apliques solo has movimientos circulares en tu zona aplicada como pequeños masajes, y retiras cuando decidas.
It is not necessary an estimated time to remove it, once you apply it just make circular movements in your applied area as small massages, and remove it when you decide.

En mi caso para mostrarle la aplicación lo hice con mi cara pero como antes mencione lo puedes aplicar en todo tu cuerpo.
Lo ideal sería retirar con agua tibia y luego si lo deseas vuelve a lavarte con jabón normal para quitar la sensación pegostosa del cuerpo.
