ervin-lemark just finished a 4.32km run, that lasted for 24 minutes.

Description from Strava:

Run came last again, a short one with one limb added to make it a bit harder. The last part was actually at the pace of under 5, good.

It's all easy running in August so far. Yet, the second half is shaping up to be longer and harder. Sepping up f up for the events in autumn.

The bib number on the cover photo is for a 10 K run in Kranjska Gora which is on the coming Monday. I won't be there as things are now.
