Podutik - Črnuče

Saturday midday, a sunny and fresh day it is. Due to circumstances, we were in Podutil, a northwestern suburb of Ljubljana. It was a great opportunity to run home from there. So I did.

Mu, man?

I didn't choose the shortest way. First I headed north and the northeast. The paths led me across the fields ...

... with an open view toward Grmada and Šmarna gora.

In the distance is my home hill of Rašica. Our hone is somewhere behind the big tree in the middle, several kilometers further.

After I crossed several fields and some main roads in between the final stretch led me over the fields.

It was a great easy pace run with lots of stopping and taking photos. I didn't show you all the photos since I am saving them for separate stories.

In the meantime, the *Backyard Ultra World Championship" is in the third hour already. That's a separate story too.
