The third intervals session of the training plan. This time it was mostly yon tarmac and on uneven terrain. That's why the quick sections have variable paces.

It felt great to run early in the morning. Despite the morning fog.

Tomorrow, a 30 minutes recovery run awaits.

I just checked on Strava and I see you have managed more than one run per day this year. Well done! I've not done as much as I hoped, but not too bad really.
