Sunday morning run

The second weekend of a double bill long runs is behind me. Yesterday two hours run, today just one hour and a half. Both in freezing cold conditions. Which is good since it's not hot :)

The cover photo and the photo below are from yesterday afternoon. It was sunny and crisp during the midday doggy walk across the fields.


Back to the run.

I was out at eight o'clock again. SLow pace towards Trzin with mixed terrain, asphalt and tarmac, mostly flat. After the loop in the forest, I turned back home and climber the same hill as yesterday. It was for variety and strength. No, I didn't run up the steep hill :)

Three weeks of the training program are done. 100% completed. Good!

You are really something with those runnings! 😀 Congratulations on completing your three weeks training program with a 100% score! As I said, it's really something! - I wouldn't endure three days in the row with only 10% of your running route. 😂 So, you know how this appears to me.

Ovo "korak po korak" mi se sviđa! - Doduše, nisam baš luda za trčanjem, ali za mene bi korak naprijed bio i redovne dnevne šetnje i to baš tako, "korak po korak" prvo oko kvarta, pa onda oko njih dva i tako...😊
Bum si ozbiljnije razmislila o prijedlogu!

Ni ja nisam baš ludovao za trčanjem prije 20+ godina. Bilo mi je strašno dosadno. A onda sam ustanovio da je to najbolji način da si sam u najboljem društvu - sa samim sobom :)

Šetanje je ista priča. Dobro za tjelo i glavu!
