As human beings we all know that we need to take in a lot of proteins, for growth, development of the muscles, bones cartilage and blood.

Meat is a great source of vitamin B12, vitamin B6 to mention but a few. Let’s look at red meat; it is a great source of vitamin B6 which helps for proper functioning of the immune system.
As some of us may Know that Vitamin B12, is a great source for building and development of red blood cells and the DNA Inside of it. It contains iron which the body blood cells cannot do without.
But caution must be taken especially in the consumption of this red meat because excess consumption of it may lead to inflammation in the body system.
