Feliz inicio del último mes de año para todos aquellos que nos leen, antes de que se acabe el año queremos proponerles algunas iniciativas desde nuestra comunidad. La primera de ellas tiene que ver con el actual contexto mundialista, el cual queremos aprovechar para motivar una reflexión sobre los valores humanos que la disciplina deportiva nos permite poner en práctica o en los cuáles nos hace pensar.

Por ejemplo, nos llama mucho la atención como en el caso del fútbol nos encontramos con una pasión que nos une a diferentes personas, más allá de nuestros credos, cultura, situación social, posición política y/o económica. De allí que en estos días el principal protagonista haya sido un balón que rueda a través del césped al son de unos equipos que se enfrentan entre sí, tratando de mostrar la mejor versión de sí mismos.

Cómo personas humanistas debemos habituarnos a reflexionar ese lado humano de todo lo que nos rodea y acontece. De allí que lo que queremos en esta iniciativa es aprovechar la emoción de Fútbol Qatar 2022 para pensar como comunidad la dimensión lúdica del ser humano, tan importante que de ella podemos inferir enseñanzas fundamentales para la vida en general.

Cómo siempre hemos dicho, ofrecemos la temática de la iniciativa pero cada uno es libre de cómo desarrollarla. Damos el menú, cada uno decide cómo lo prepara. En esta ocasión daremos dos semanas para esta iniciativa, de tal manera que esté cerca del cierre oficial de este gran evento mundialistico.

The Human Values of Sport

Happy beginning of the last month of the year for all those who read us, before the end of the year we want to propose some initiatives from our community. The first of them has to do with the current context of the World Cup, which we want to take advantage of to motivate a reflection on the human values that the sport discipline allows us to put into practice or which makes us think about.

For example, we are struck by how in the case of soccer we find a passion that unites us to different people, beyond our creeds, culture, social situation, political and / or economic position. As humanists we must get used to reflect on the human side of everything that surrounds us and happens. Therefore, what we want in this initiative is to take advantage of the excitement of Soccer Qatar 2022 to think as a community about the playful dimension of the human being, so important that from it we can infer fundamental lessons for life in general.

As we have always said, we offer the theme of the initiative, but everyone is free to decide how to develop it. We give the menu, each one decides how to prepare it. This time we will give two weeks for this initiative, so that it will be close to the official closing of this great world event.
