Is it late to buy into the Liotes project. @Uyobong has been drumming about these second layer investment and yet, I seemed not to have understood. I think I'm having a shift in perspective now.

It's definitely not too late to buy some LENM. If you buy some of these tokens you can stake them and they will produce LEN tokens that you can sell on the market. At a later stage you will also be able to add them to a liquidity pool and get rewards from it.
