Boost Immunity through a bicycle exercise routine

Today I will tell you about my routine every week, which is cycling. I really like this sport, there are so many benefits of cycling, especially during this Corona Virus pandemic. I exercise bicycle regularly once a week, this makes me always happy, feel happy and fitter. This keeps my immune system strong.

Did you know, A study found that cycling can increase energy by as much as 20% than before and reduce fatigue by up to 65%. In the study it was stated that a woman who cycled with moderate to high intensity (often) 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes, after one year was able to lower blood pressure and lower LDL or bad cholesterol levels in the body. Cycling provides a light effect (low impact) that is not tiring when done regularly and in the long term, very comfortable to do for those aged 70-80 years.

Cycling with a partner or close friend will produce happiness hormones, such as serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine and endorphins. The important function of hormones is to regulate mood, you can imagine if our mood is always good then Corona Virus will stay away. I want to invite all of my friends to always do their favorite sport together with their partner so that they keep the mood always happy and avoid stress. Most diseases are caused by uncontrolled stress.
