HARD WORK PAYS A LOT

The subject for week 37 of the first edition is talent or hard work hmmm for me I decided to title my write up as hard work pays. Before I proceed, I would like to define some basic word that will give us better understanding.

WHAT IS HARD WORK?

Hard work is tenacity exerted on a thing until a goal is achieved.
Hard work is the ability to endure no matter the circumstances until there's breakthrough.
Hard work entails constantly or regularly engagement in a particular task until result is obtained.
Every productive hard work always pays and results to an undeniable outcome.
Hard work is not a talent and might not be hereditary but can learnt and taught if an individual is determined.
Hard work creates new thing and instill confidence and also boost self esteem in one's life.
Hard work is a killer for laziness and also poverty as well. Therefore hard work is not actually a value gotten from birth but is acquired in the environment in the cause of life exploration.
Talent is natural but hard work isn't and requires concerted effort.
Talent doesn't dispense much energy unlike hard work.

MY EXPERIENCE

Hard work has made to be what I am today. In my hive journey, I would have given up if not because of hard work. There were moments where non of my post received support or even comments but I was determined, I constantly write and post. Hmmm the more I post the more it increases my writing skills, reputation hence started getting more support. I thank God because my hard work wasn't in vain because it pays for me and is still paying.

BENEFITS OF HARD WORK.

Many don't value hard because of the feeling that there's no much benefit. There are some many benefits of hard work I have realised in the course of my interaction in life. I would just highlight some of them.

• Hard work builds character. I think in life, there are certain lifestyle that is inherited negatively which one need to deliberately work hard on it to change it. Hard work reshapes, defines, refines an individual's character through the passage of experience which results to maturity.
• Hard work Produces Results. One of the commonest ways I have come to discovered on earth to gain unquestionably results is the vehicle called Hard work. It doesn't kill at all rather helps one to be a great achiever.
  Behind Every result or success in life is what is called hard work. If you don't work hard, you may end up as a thief and be far from success. Can you imagine a student that is talented and just stay at home, don't attend lecture, no assessment hmmm how would he or she have result?
  In fact some talents need hard work to make them better and gain more results.
  Show me a hard working person and I will show you results.
• Hard work builds self-esteem and confidence. I have practically enjoyed this benefit over time. I was the fidget and low self esteem kind of personality but after due hard work on my self, I've overcome low self esteem now. By the grace of God, Iam as bold as a lion now. You may also work on your self if you have such kind of challenge just like me.
• Hard work Produces Discipline, Dedication, and Determination. The aforementioned are basic ingredients for good living in the world today however in order to attain such one must be deliberately work on himself. If you have talent and you aren't discipline, dedicated and determine it may be difficult to achieve to achieve any goal.

CONCLUSION

Some times hard work doesn't produce immediate results but certainly it will come to fruition when you didn't give up. Hard work may require time and energy but it pays off at the end. I think the reason why sometimes we have fraudsters is simply an attempt to dodge hard work. When you don't work hard, then shortcut may become an alternative which will lead to destruction. Don't be intimidated by other people's success just gear up and work hard you'll soon be there. Never you be afraid of hard work because it really pays. See you at the top.
