Trago um pequeno texto de minha autoria em que canalizei a sensação daqueles momentos que com certeza não sou só eu que tenho, quando a negatividade faz a gente pensar o dia todo sobre tudo que deu errado.

Hoje é dia de não ficar bem

Acordei com uma sensação ruim, um mal estar
De que aqui, onde estou, não é o meu lugar
Pensando no quanto o mundo deveria ser diferente
Em como eu queria poder controlar o meu passado

Brigar e gritar com quem fez o melhor que podia
Machucar e magoar por algo que só tinha como piorar
Ter ressentimento pela sorte que não bateu à minha porta
Rancor de quando ela bateu mas eu não quis atender

Os defeitos dos outros são como os que eu tenho
Criam uma história sombria trazendo melancolia
A vida não é perfeita, eu sei, e só hoje eu queria
Que tudo fosse para o inferno

Amanhã eu vou acordar, talvez me sinta bem, mas não importa
Estou vivendo o agora, não consigo deixar para depois
A fúria pelo mundo não ser só um pouquinho melhor do que foi
E a frustração por não ter sido capaz de mudar tudo

Amanhã eu vou acordar, e talvez me sinta bem, mas não importa
Só por hoje eu queria que tudo fosse para o inferno

Boa noite, li o seu texto e entendo como se sente, tem dias que simplesmente tudo da errado ou do momento que a gente acorda até a hora de dormir, uma tristeza e um sentimento ruim fica na gente e parece que nada faz sentido.

É até normal isso, eu tmb sinto as vezes que nem deveria sair da cama, que so queria ter ficado lá e não é facil ter q ir trabalhar e tudo mais.

Não sei bem se da pra ajudar só com palavras, mas tenha calma e fé em dias melhores, as fases boas assim como as ruins, são apenas fases, elas passam cedo ou tarde. Então tenha resiliência nos momentos difíceis e aproveite como nunca os momentos bons e incríveis.

A vida é batalha, a vida é desafio! Só que a pior derrota que a gente tem é desistir de tudo, podemos perder hoje, mas podemos ganhar amanhã! Um forte abraço!
