Jack of all Trades!
Acquiring wealth in recent times as gone way pass sticking to a profession.
While I was growing, we were scolded for trying to do different things at the same time. For instance, going to school and having to learn a skill or engaging in sports. It is believed that one distracts the other. People tend to build themselves in a particular profession and probably stay solemnly to it. Now don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong in gaining expertise in a particular profession, but intelligence as gone way pass that.
There is this guy in my hood who is a runs an automobile company along with a grocery store by the side of the building. Just this morning on my way out I noticed he just opened Water Factory bottling company just by the side of his first building.
I wondered how he manages to control those set ups.
Who says Jack of all trade is master of none? That Of course is an old adage.
Acquiring the proper success strategy of any setup will help to blossom as a multipreneurer, and employing minds who are expert in those fields.
Most importantly, when engaging multi-setup, running it personally is vital for sufficient growth and enlargement.
Thinking out of the box is a trait of a Jack of all trade developer.

You're right, being into different things is really important in today's economy because it brings different sources of income and different sources of income is one of the only way to stay on top in today's world.

That adage seems to be outdated in a country like mine. Due to impact of the COVID-19 outbreak many eyes have gotten englightened has people now see the need to have multiple skills so had to have a diverse source of income.
Learning anything as possible as long as it pays the bills is a smart choice as no one knows when a financial crisis might hit.
It kind of reminds of Ecclesiastes 11:1-2. When it comes to spreading out your investment
