Chicago Stuffed Pizza
This is a stuffed pizza from Nancy's near my home in Manteno, Illinois. Not stuffed crust pizza, but stuffed pizza, this is a Chicago-style deep dish pizza with the addition of a thin top crust under that tomato sauce topping.
My husband treated us to this mushroom and spinach pizza plus authentic cannoli for dessert.
