Color Fun with Potholder Loom

In addition to the multicolor loops I got with my loom, my sister gave me some colors she was not planning to use herself. I had lots of fun with my new 10" loom (makes finished potholders about 8.5 inches square.) Here are some of the designs I made:

I can't do too much at one sitting without getting sore hands, but it is a relaxing thing to do while watching a movie or sitting on the porch enjoying a breeze.

Now that I have used most of my loops, I am making loops from recycling cut sleeves and legging legs. The shorter loops will work on my smaller loom and the really long or stretchy ones will go with this bigger loom. The bodies of the old shirts I am cutting into long strips and joining to make "tarn" or T-shirt yarn.
