Work Day Play List?

Let's have some fun. How many of you listen to music while working? While I can't write and listen to music, I do turn on music when I'm doing my sewing or knitting work. Here is a sample from my play list this evening:

Battery -- Van Canto
Free Bird --Skynyrd
Rockin' the Paradise --Styx
A Thousand Years --Christina Perri
Abends will ich schlafen gehn --Renee Fleming (from Hansel und Gretel)

When I get really irritated or tired or down, I will crank up Beethoven's 9th Symphony. That sublime music never fails to lift me up and energize me--though it also moves me to tears and leaves me knitting blind for a bit.

What music gets you motivated and energized (or calmed, if you need that instead?) Share with the CTP Swarm, please!

Also, shameless plug for Undrask, the band in which my son Aaron is drummer. Check them out if you like metal music.

ЛУЧ!
(Russian synthwave)

Also Pink Floyd.

A few of my videos feature the type of music that I like to listen to. I like almost everything composed prior to 1910. I'm much more selective with anything more recent. As far as I'm concerned, music didn't get good again until circa 1970.

Oh, it's a constant soundtrack around here! Usually a blend of progressive house, deep house, chillstep and some retro synthwave thrown in for good measure. Occasionally we'll crank up the 80's Britpop.

Sounds upbeat and happy! I sometimes add some K-pop if the cat is in the room. My youngest daughter got Feeny into K-pop music. !BBH
