Crypto.com Launches AI Chatbot 'Amy'
Crypto.com, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, introduced its AI chatbot assistant called "Amy. It uses OpenAI's GPT-3.5 model, to provide a personalized user experience. Currently in beta phase and it will roll out to wider audiences soon.
It acts as a source that offers users real-time info on tokens and projects, as well as historical data and price listings. The goal of Amy is to make using Crypto.com easier and more intuitive for both new and experienced users.
In the future, Crypto.com plans to expand AMY's capabilities to include more advanced features, such as predicting market trends and offering personalized investment advice.
