Forget the past and focus on the future

Everything happens for a reason; the fact that something happened in the past shouldn't define any single thing about you because it's in the past already.

The past is a chance for us to reflect better on the present and that is why it is said that what ever happened in the past is already in the past.

The past can only be useful if you decide to learn from it, if you still grieve and regret on things that happened in the past, then I'm afraid thats not the right thing to do and it might end up affecting you emotionally and psychological.

Personally I've had issues and encounters in battling about what has happened in the past and figuring out how to not blame my past for everything but to put more efforts in my present and work hard to make things better in the future.

All that is needed to be learnt from the past is the lesson from it. Do not let the pass to affect your future by thinking too much on what happened in the past.

What happened in the past has no role to play in the future, despite the fact that we've either done something we're not so proud of and it bothers us. But guess what; that is life, accept it and work on yourself and hope for a better life.

If you're out there and you're battling with issues from the past, I just want you to know that holding on to the past is a decision and moving on is also a decision as well. Why not choose to move on and create a positive mindset about the thoughts and focus on the present to create a better future
