After buying dry coconut and after a few days they were damaged, because I live in a city where high temperatures can reach 33ºC and more, so this and many fruits do not last very long, I decided to buy several coconuts to remove the pulp and freeze it to use it in the famous cocadas or desserts.

Removing the pulp from the coconut is tedious and a lot of time is wasted. When I started chopping the coconuts I was a bit tired so I could only chop two, so I decided to put the last one I had left in the freezer.

Hola mis apreciados lectores hoy les traigo un post sobre un tips que no sé si ya lo conozcas pero siento que descubrí America jejeje.

Luego de comprar coco seco y que estos a los pocos días se dañaran, debido a que vivo en una ciudad donde las altas temperaturas pueden alcanzar desde 37ºC y mas, por lo que muchas frutas como es el caso del coco que duran muy poco ya que suelen tomar un sabor a rancio.

Esta semana decidí comprar varios cocos para sacarle la pulpa y congelarla para utilizarla en las famosas cocadas y otros postres.

Sacar la pulpa del coco es algo tedioso y se pierde mucho tiempo, yo al momento de ponerme a picar los cocos estaba algo cansada por lo que pude picar solo dos, decidí colocar en el congelador el último que me quedaba.

A los dos días me acorde del coco y decidí picarlo, mi sorpresa fue que dentro de él estaba esta bella bola de agua.
