No War in Ukraine/No a La Guerra en Ucrania[ESP/ENG]
Saludos, mis amigos de Hive Blockchain. Se viven tiempos difíciles en Ucrania. Y aunque existen muchas opiniones encontradas en cuanto a la justificación para estos tiempos difíciles, es evidente que la decisión de un hombre, al que considero obnubilado y cegado por el poder, es el único responsable de estos tiempos difíciles en este país. No soy un experto en asuntos internacionales y aún menos sobre lo que a originado este grave conflicto. Solo quiero colocar unos breves pensamientos en solidaridad con todo el pueblo ucraniano.
Greetings, my Hive Blockchain friends. There are difficult times in Ukraine. And although there are many conflicting opinions as to the justification for these difficult times, it is clear that the decision of one man, whom I consider obnubilated and blinded by power, is solely responsible for these difficult times in this country. I am not an expert on international affairs and even less on what has brought about this serious conflict. I just want to post a few brief thoughts in solidarity with all the Ukrainian people.
Algo que noto en esta situación, es la similitud que padece el pueblo ruso con el venezolano. Ser gobernados por personas que solo atienden a intereses económicos e ideológicos personales y a sus muy evidentes ansias de poder. Creo que esto pasa sobre todo, por el hecho de mantenerse, incluso con evidente y manifiesto rechazo de sus propios conciudadanos, atornillados al poder. Son líderes que basan su inefabilidad, en la prepotencia, la opresión y el castigo de aquellos que no este de acuerdo. Lo vemos hoy en Rusia, cuando se han prohibido las manifestaciones y el arresto de aquellos que no están de acuerdo con la guerra en Ucrania.
Something that I notice in this situation is the similarity between the Russian and Venezuelan people. Being governed by people who only serve their personal economic and ideological interests and their very evident craving for power. I believe that this happens mainly due to the fact that they remain, even with the evident and manifest rejection of their own fellow citizens, screwed to power. They are leaders who base their ineffability on arrogance, oppression, and punishment of those who do not agree. We see it today in Russia when they have banned demonstrations and the arrest of those who do not agree with the war in Ukraine.
Aunque muchos no están muy de acuerdo, se han activado una serie de sanciones contra altos dirigentes rusos y otras medidas tendentes a hacer que Putin desista de su afán de guerra. Así, vemos como la mayoría de países en Europa, han prohibido el uso del espacio aéreo de aviones de bandera rusa, entre los que se cuentan Polonia, República Checa, Bulgaria, Lituania, Letonia, Estonia, Rumanía, España, Portugal, Alemania, Finlandia, Irlanda, Austria, Italia y Reino Unido. Ukraine is not offering any conditions other than the cessation of aggression on its territory and has never considered surrendering to the powerful Russian country. Meanwhile, the dead are accumulating on both sides and it is not clear how many there are. What is clear is that we already have Ukrainian and Russian families, who will have to learn to live with the absence of their loved ones, because of leaders who do not care about their people or the suffering of others.
