What are you grateful for in 2022? What do you want to achieve in 2023?

Among the many things for which i should be thankful in the next year are my families, health, ability to grow, and peace of mind. It's possible for me to feel sad after a year filled with unfulfilled hopes, failures, unmet expectations, and disappointments in various aspects of my live. Finding the positive aspects of my live and how far I have come might be challenging when I am in this situation. Eventually, even for the things i do have, i become resentful. I should consequently express our thanks for even the little things in life. It encourages more gratitude for what i already have.

2023 resolutions might be a good way to start the year off on the right foot. What would "I" like to accomplish in the upcoming year (2023).I got aspire to becoming a better version of myself as i go through life. In order to improve as people, I constantly work on my own growth and engage in goal-setting exercises.

Making resolutions is frequently how people are most motivated to start making improvements in the new year. The fresh start effect is one name for this phenomena.

MY PERSONAL GOALS THAT WILL HELP GROW ME THIS 2023

  1. Give priority to your health
    It can be tough to enjoy something if i don't feel good, regardless of if i have a great relationship or a lot of money. So that I can live life to the fullest, prioritizing my mental and physical health should be a top priority. I might want to think about the following four wellness pillars when caring for myself:
    ✓eating well
    ✓Regularly working out
    ✓Socializing Sound sleep

  2. Consume More
    While foods like fruits and vegetables might make me feel emotionally well, fast food can make me feel down. Moving on, focus on eating healthfully.

  3. Get more sleep
    I might start the day feeling rested after getting a good night's sleep. pumped up to achieve my own unique objectives.

  4. Maintain a consistent exercise program
    Having sufficient energy to complete my tasks is essential for success in life. Regular exercise can improve my mood and shield me from various illnesses that ultimately drain vitality.
    By working out for 15 minutes five times per week, I think this could accomplish that goal. Boost my energy so I can accomplish my personal goals more easily.

  5. Begin waking up earlier
    It's a common belief that the wealthy rise early. It's still a good idea to do it whether or not that is the case.
    Getting up early I think might give more alone time and more time to work while other people are still sleeping. According to studies, getting enough sleep and rising early help us focus and remember things better. More concentration, better memory, and success with my own goals.

  6. Using my imagination.
    I can use creation as a means of expressing any intense feelings i may be experiencing as well as of giving myself a sense of accomplishment. Find out why having a flow is important.

  7. Cultivate tenacity
    I think i can only reach my own objectives if i have the perseverance to overcome obstacles and trying situations.

  8. Be more vocal
    I should be able to advocate for myself occasionally in life. There isn't always someone there to defend me Speaking up also makes me more noticeable to people, some of whom may be able to provide me with excellent opportunities.

PERSONAL OBJECTIVES TO IMPROVE FINANCE BY 2023:

  1. Saving more
    Savings should be a constant goal for me to work toward.
    This will assist me to keep money for beneficial purposes.

  2. Invest
    Most people find investing to be frightening. Fortunately, information is always available to make things simpler (I believe).
    I should start learning about it and speaking with a financial counselor to get started because it might be a worthwhile financial endeavor.

  3. Establishing several sources of income
    I may increase my financial freedom in life by having a variety of passive sources of income. It can also be a fantastic approach for me to keep up my financial situation if I find myself out of work for a while.

These are just some few tips to help my 2023 emotionally and financially grow and how thankful I am to the year 2022.
