Luego de un día bastante arduo en el trabajo, me ofrecieron llevarme a mi casa en moto 🛵 y quería "ahorrarme" el pasaje así que acepte, a pesar de que no soy muy fan de andar en moto...

Para ser sincera, me encontraba en esa fase del día donde uno quiere que la vida se lo lleve 😂 solo quería llegar a mi casa.

Estaba tan cansada que me deje llevar por la brisa tocando mis mejillas y en lo bien que se sentía. El atardecer estaba realmente hermoso.

Tengo muchas cosas en la mente, así que me deje llevar por la brisa, el atardecer y mis pensamientos.

El camino hasta mi casa desde el trabajo es bastante largo, literal queda al otro extremo de la cuidad, de polo a polo. Mi compañero debía entregar unas encomiendas cerca de mi hogar y por eso me ofreció llevarme.

A medio camino pasa lo impensable, un carro se atraviesa y chocamos de frente.

La cuestión es, que a penas iba arrancando la moto cuando el carro de atraviesa. Por lo que, el impacto no fue tan fuerte. Pero el susto si.

En el momento solo pensé en mis piernas y rodillas debido a que estás fueron las que pegaron con el carro. Gracias a Dios no me paso nada, estoy viva, completa y sin ningún rasguño. Sorprendentemente🥺

Mi chófer del día, se lastimó la mano unas cuantas cortadas debido a que esta fue la que impacto con el retrovisor del carro. Este callo como a tres metros, imagínense el golpe 😳

El carro solo perdió el retrovisor y unos cuantos rayones. La moto de mi compañero de trabajo sufrió un poco también. En la parte delantera se rompió un poco.

También en el lateral de la misma donde sufrió el impacto con el carro, se le desprendió una especie de tapa que posee y la verdad no sabemos a donde fue a parar.

Podrán notar que también se le salió la pintura en esa área afectada.

Sorprendentemente, en el momento no me asusté creo que quede en shock. Literal, estaba como si nada hubiese pasado. Lo que si paso por mi mente fue un mensaje que mi mamá me envió temprano ese mismo día: "Cuidao tu te vas a raspar las rodillas en esa moto"

Las madres realmente tienen un sexto sentido desarrollado, de todo lo acontecido en ese momento eso era lo que más me tenía sorprendida.

El día siguiente sábado, también me tocó ir a trabajar y no tenía transporte, así que me tocó subirme a la moto nuevamente pero esta vez sí iba realmente asustada. Nunca hacia pronunciado tanto la palabra cuidado en mi vida, solo esperaba el momento de bajarme sana y salva en mi casita.

Con todo esto es importante recordar lo efímero que somos, en cualquier momento algo puede pasar que cambia nuestra vida, nuestro entorno y nuestros planes.

Nunca había estado en un accidente de tránsito hasta este momento, y la verdad nunca más quisiera presenciar o estar en uno. A pesar de que no fue algo del otro mundo y lo tome con calma y bastante relajada.

I was so tired I just let myself drift in the breeze touching my cheeks and in how good it felt. The sunset was really beautiful.

*I have a lot on my mind, so I just let the breeze, the sunset, and my thoughts carry me away.

The drive home from work is quite long, literally the other end of town, from pole to pole. My co-worker was supposed to deliver some packages near my home, so he offered me a ride.

Halfway there the unthinkable happens, a car crosses the road and we collide head on.

The thing is, I was just starting the bike when the car crossed the road. So, the impact was not so strong. But the scare was.

At the time I only thought about my legs and knees because they were the ones that hit the car. Thank God nothing happened to me, I'm alive, whole and without any scratches. Surprisingly🥺

My driver of the day, hurt his hand a few cuts because this was the one that hit the rearview mirror of the car. This one fell about three meters, imagine the blow 😳.

The car only lost the rear view mirror and a few scratches. My coworker's bike suffered a bit too. On the front end it broke a little bit.

Also on the side of it where it suffered the impact with the car, a kind of cover that it has came off and the truth is that we do not know where it went to.

Surprisingly, at the time I didn't freak out I think I was in shock. Literally, it was as if nothing had happened. What did cross my mind was a message my mom sent me earlier that day: "Careful you're going to scrape your knees on that bike ".

Mothers really have a developed sixth sense, of everything that happened at that moment that was what surprised me the most.

The following Saturday, I also had to go to work and I had no transportation, so I had to get on the motorcycle again, but this time I was really scared. I had never uttered the word careful so much in my life, I was just waiting for the moment to get off safe and sound in my little house.

With all this it is important to remember how ephemeral we are, at any moment something can happen that changes our life, our environment and our plans.

I had never been in a traffic accident until this moment, and the truth is that I would never want to witness or be in one again. Although it was not a big deal and I took it calmly and quite relaxed.
