Cómo es bien sabido, hace poco estuvimos celebrando la semana santa, algo que en mi país es sinónimo de ir a la playa, piscina, río o cualquier actividad que se le parezca, por lo cual, luego de estos días tuve que darle un poco de amor a mi cabello, pues a pesar de cuidarlo con protectores térmicos, siento que se deshidató gracias al sol y a mis desarreglos, así que el día de hoy te mostraré como realizo una mascarilla en casa para devolverle la vida a tu cabello.
As is well known, recently we were celebrating easter, something that in my country is synonymous with going to the beach, pool, river or any activity that resembles it, so after these days i had to give a little love to my hair, because despite taking care of it with thermal protectors, i feel that it dehydrated thanks to the sun and my disarrangements, so today i will show you how i make a mask at home to give life back to your hair.
Iniciaré diciendo que gracias a la protección térmica mi cabello no sufrió tanto, por lo que te recomiendo muchísimo tener este paso en tu cuidado capilar, ya que el sol daña muchísimo y la plancha igual, si eres de venezuela el de farmatodo es buenísimo, aunque también marcas como trésemme, loreal, kerastase, garnier, rucha, etc, etc, etc... Cuentan con protectores térmicos entre sus líneas de productos. Pero volviendo al tema, la cosa es que, creí súper necesario darle amorcito pues nunca está demás, a pesar de que como dije, no tuvo grandes daños. Cómo dicen por ahí, mejor prevenir que lamentar.

Ahora bien querido lector, te cuento que soy una de esas personas que confiaba muchísimo en la parte natural (aceites, flores y esas cosas) como medio de hidratación capilar, y aunque algún bien me habrán hecho, entendí que la industria cosmética tiene sus razones y que es mejor usar cosas que fueron creadas para el cabello en mi cuidado e hidratacion, así que en esta oportunidad opte por usar una ampolla de óleo de argán de la marca slik que me costó 1$ y un sobre de nutribela15 nutrición avanzada que me costó 2$. Así que por un total de 3$ tendré una mascarilla hidratante, obviamente existen productos más costosos y que deberían resultar mejor, pero créanme que me gusta mucho el resultado de esta mascarilla así tal cual.
Now dear reader, I am one of those people who trusted a lot in the natural part (oils, flowers and those things) as a means of hair hydration, and although some good they have done me, I understood that the cosmetic industry has its reasons and that it is better to use things that were created for the hair in my care and hydration, so this time I chose to use an argan oil ampoule of the brand slik that cost me 1$ and a sachet of nutribela15 advanced nutrition that cost me 2$. So for a total of 3$ I will have a moisturizing mask, obviously there are more expensive products that should be better, but believe me I really like the result of this mask just as is.
Así que manos a la obra, en un recipiente plástico, colocaré todo el contenido de mi sobre de nutribela 15 y todo el contenido de mi ampolla de óleo de argán, con ayuda de una brocha para el cabello los comenzaré a mezclar.

Luego de esto dividiremos el cabello en 4 secciones, de las cuales sujetaremos 3 y dejaremos una libre para colocar nuestra mascarilla. Recuerda que este tipo de mascarillas debe aplicarse de medios a puntas, no tanto en la raíz, aún así yo siempre aplico un poco en ella porque mi raíz es muy seca. Tu evalúa tu cabello para saber en qué zonas lo necesitas más.
After this we will divide the hair in 4 sections, of which we will hold 3 and leave one free to place our mask. Remember that this type of mask should be applied from means to ends, not so much on the roots, even so I always apply a little on it because my roots are very dry. You evaluate your hair to know in which areas you need it more.
Luego de aplicar voy haciendo trenzas para tener mi cabello bajo control mientras la mascarilla actúa. Lo ideal es dejarla por un mínimo de 15 min, si deseas dejarla más tiempo, no hay ningún problema.
After applying I braid my hair to keep my hair under control while the mask works. The ideal is to leave it on for a minimum of 15 minutes, if you want to leave it on, there is no problem.
Una vez transcurridos los 30 min que dejé la mascarilla en mi pelo, lo lavé como de costumbre, en mi caso usó estos productos sin sal ya que me los recomendaron y hasta ahora son uno de mis favoritos. Y bueno, aquí verás mi cabello al natural luego de la aplicación y lavado.
Once the 30 min I left the mask on my hair, I wash it as usual, in my case I use these products without salt because they were recommended to me and so far they are one of my favorites. And well, here you will see my hair in its natural state after the application and washing.
Yo como plus final decidí plancharlo, por lo que también dejaré fotos de mi cabello después de secarse al aire libre, durante el planchado y al terminar. Obviamente aquí también usé protector térmico previo al planchado.
As a final plus I decided to flat iron it, so I will also leave pictures of my hair after air-drying, during the flat ironing and at the end. Obviously here I also used heat protectant before flat ironing.
