Great Week For My Accumulation Goals (Week 28, 2022)

If you have been following the weekly posts about my Hive goals, you know there's hardly ever been a 'perfect' week, where all goals were within parameters or beyond.

I consider this one such a week. Helped by the dip of HIVE back at the 40 cents level for a day or two, I used that opportunity and exchanged a small portion of my HBD for HIVE (by small I mean 50 HBD and even fewer SWAP.HBD, which means really small). That's because I still expect HIVE to dive below 40 cents again before fall, and I don't want to spend my stablecoins at higher levels. That doesn't mean I won't buy again before then.

Unfortunately, the Hive-Engine tokens I planned to use to help with this goal aren't very helpful, as their price dropped significantly compared to my initial estimation. So, we will see how things turn out. My HIVE Power goal will definitely be very challenging to achieve by the end of the year.

But practically I made significant progress this week on every goal I have, one of them being VERY close to being completed, maybe next week, maybe the week after that.

Let's take them one by one.

HIVE Power Goal

I've added 293 HIVE Power this week, including what I've powered up from my small purchases with HBD/SWAP.HBD. That's a decent amount, but I need the price of HIVE to go down, or my HBD stack will be depleted much quicker than it can make an impact on my HP goal that will allow me to achieve it by the year-end.

However, next week I might be able to celebrate a small victory: surpassing 17k HP. Only 101 HIVE left. And they don't come easy at all, on a set timeframe!

LEO Staked

With 222 staked during the LPUD day, and two more power-ups since then, my LEO stake reached 6145 LEO, and that's 545 LEO more than when I start tracking this goal, 4 weeks ago. That's 136 LEO per week, on average.

I need to push this to 154 LEO per week to achieve this goal. But it's achievable and easier than the HP goal, I'd say.

Splintershards (SPS) Staked Goal

2200 SPS left to achieve this goal! Could be next week, could be the other one. There are still 10 days of the airdrop remaining, so more than enough. I'm pushing, so we could see this one achieved next week, so I can have it off my plate for the rest of the year.

Maxing Chaos Legion Set*

The overall situation, to better gauge my progress, because I still need to push hard on this goal:

This week I haven't really combined any cards to the max, but I'm working on slowly maxing Grandmaster Rathe.

Other than that, I have enough BCXs that I can consider Scavo Chemist and Hill Giant - two of the cheapest cards I still want to max out - fully upgradable after I find a couple of them in the packs. But I won't start opening packs before the airdrop is over.

The progress on this goal is not easy to track, as I have currently 19 cards on which I have doubts I will upgrade them (to the max), besides the few ones I already decided upon. But I won't decide on them until I max out every other card on the set.

Social Targets

I started the week with 8863 comments and 9226 replies.

And now I am at 8975 comments and 9362 replies. They are both above my targets of 81 comments and 76 replies weekly to reach 10k of each by the year's end, which is good!
