Superhero Diet: My daily sweet dish (recipe, nutrients, pictures)

Namaste brothers and sister,

You can already find this on my blog, youtube, instagram probably several times but now I updated the version of my sweet dish just for you here on HIVE. Thank you for all the upvotes - finally I found people who do not attack me for being healthy and sharing my knowledge.

Ingredients:

  • 800g soja joghurt (additive free or self made)
  • 2-3 kg fruit:
    -- 4-6 Bananas
    -- 1 Apple (Royal Gala today)
    -- 1 Kaki/Caqui
    -- 1/4 Pomegrenate
  • 3 tbs flax seeds
  • 1-2 tbs buckwheat (flour)
  • 2 hand buckwheat sprouts
  • 2 hand sunflower sprouts

You may add some tonka bean or vanilla or cocoa or cinnamon or different fruit. Wild Blueberries have super strong antioxidants and very low sugar for a fruit.

Cut 1 portion of fruit (if you are a real (sporty) man that´s one portion)

Look at this beautiful self fermented SOJA JOGHURT

Use a glass with lid and the leftover Joghurt, add soja milk and let it ferment for 14+ hours depending on the temperature. Should be between 20-45°C

Grind some flax and buckwheat. Flax must be fresh ground or the fats are lost.

I thought something was missing. The sunflower and buckwheat sprouts. I took some of the dried which started molding after sorting out a little.

Hmm check out these beautiful dried sunflower seed sprouts. You can grind it and have protein powder with great fat acids. Unfortunately the fats do mold at some point.

I usually mix everything together and do not plate it fancy and garnish it. I just do it for you because most care more about how things look and not about inner values.

There is no unhealthy way to have a treat. The other thing means poison yourself and the planet.

So I guess you are not used to go to an organic shop?
Where are you from?
What do you eat, if not foodporn shit like that?

Soja joghurt is easy to make. Take a jam glass, add some joghurt and soja milk and place it where its warm for a little more than half a day or longer if its not warm enough.

Fruit - I hope you get some
Flax / sunflower sprouts can be exchaned for chia (sprouts)
Instead of buckwheat you can also use quinoa or in worst case oats.

If you are searching for solutions there will never be problems.

There are barely organic shops in my state, I guess if I travel out of here I could find most.

I eat mostly rice and the usuals.

I don´t know what the usuals are. I met thousands of people and everybody eats different. Many almost never eat rice in germany.

I left to spain for cheaper more natural food and more natural living with sunshine and warmth just 364 days ago.

I just learned a few years ago that rice mostly includes lots of heavy metals so we should double soak it and cook in lots of water and then rinse to wash most out AND dont eat it too often.

These heavy metals surely prevent you from taken more care of yourself.
The more healthy you eat the more motivated and stronger you get.

Oh well, the usuals in Nigeria are rice, beans, pasta, yams, etc. and ours are organically grown most times so I think it's pretty healthy.

Also, you look way different, I guess healthy eating truly does a lot.

That is a well balanced, nutritional and healthy dessert.
I say it all the time. Calories are not that important, what you eat is important. When you eat good fats for example, it's normal that the calories intake is higher.
I give you a !PIZZA which has zero calories.

Calories are important for physical math but not for nutrition. It is very easy to understand. We are not an oven that produces ash. Our poo has energy too.

Thank you and feel free to eat the same every day and become a superhuman who fights for humanity and against propaganda like corona. I can´t save the planet alone
