Since I am new at this I had to slow my roll as I learn. I don't want to make any major
move until I am confident of what's what's.

English is not my native language either.
I speak and understand several languages.
I speak Macedonian, Montenegrin, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian, and I understand a little bit of Slovenian and Slovak.
But for this type of job I had to learn English. And actually this is one big learning.
