Beautiful morning everyone,

Right now as I'm typing this message, its midnight. I've come to get used to creating almost all my content at night which means I get small hours of sleep everyday. Sometimes I might not even sleep at all. It got me wondering if that is a good decision to make. The sad part about this is that this isn't limited to me alone. Almost all my friends have this attitude. We all belive the more hours we put into our work, the more the productivity which can be very wrong.

Being an artist and someone that isn't working under anybody, we have the ability to work at any specific hours of the day. This makes it possible for people to do lot of activities during the day and then resume to working at night just to cover up the day's work. Sometimes people even work during the day and extend that work to midnight.

These practice is very wrong and dangerous as much as people engage in it. I noticed most mornings I'm so tired and lazy to wake up. Eventually I will be useless during the day. The only solution I usually take to end this is to get a nap during the day. This shows that sleep is an important essential part of the day and its the one people take for granted the most.

Also I've noticed that anyday I sleep well, I end up being productive and I work efficiently if not faster. This proves that sleep is very necessary. In our quest for success, we should learn how not to take sleep for granted. It has lots of advantages, it keeps us sane and meaningful. It increases our productivity, it provides better health and so on. Therefore let's learn how to have adequate sleep everyday.
