Ask Leo: Is it possible to invest in crypto with zero capital to begin with?
No pain no gain, no money to investment. That's the saying right? But its very possible to invest in crypto with zero capital to begin with and the solution is this blockchain Hive. When I joined this blockchain January 3rd 2020(a day I will never forget), I don't have a dime to my name talkless of having something to buy crypto with. I remember thinking it was a fraud and the person who was trying to onboard me was going to scam me. Not until he onboarded me, show me how to go about it and I made my first payment from it did I know it was genuine. Before then, the thought of investing in crypto looked so distant to me because I know I can't afford any form of crypto at that time. I was just a jobless struggling artist and bag maker. This platform proved to me that you can start with nothing and still achieve and gain a lot in the world of crypto.
It is very good to buy and invest in crypto if you can afford it, but there are many that like in my case and then hive came and made it possible. In my opinion earning in crypto and investing in it is one of the best ways compared to buying and keeping. When you earn, you get the value in crypto directly and won't have to be going through the process and stress of converting your currency to crypto. In my country, the exchange rate is very brutal so much that you get virtually little compared to the money used in buying the crypto. With lots of money, you can only get less crypto value due to the faily value of the currency. But earning in hive and holding unto is just one of the best ways to invest.
Another way to invest in crypto with zero capital to begain with is through NFTs. When I joined NFT through NFTshowroom gallery(a branch of hive), I used like 5 hive to start which is quite affordable. Now there are many other galleries that charges close to nothing to mint work and sell and you get paid in crypto. Example of them include Opensea on the polygon blockchain, Tezos, Emsany and many others. As an artist and photographer, this is an amazing opportunity to enter the world of crypto.
Things are changing now and life is becoming easier digitally. As long as one is informed and try to stay more educated about these things, lot of opportunities will come one's way. I'm very sure, lot of other opportunities will arise in order to start earning and investing in crypto with zero capital to begin with but for now, these are the two ways I'm familiar with.
