For basketball and NBA lovers Jordan represents one of the main figures in this sport if not the most important, the fact of being able to take the place of him in a video game and simulate the great games that have marked its history is something that a Jordan fan appreciates a lot, is my case.
In this year's edition NBA2K23 includes a game mode that is the Jordan challenge that puts us to compete in 15 emblematic games for the career of this great player, recreating the most important moments of his career, it will not be easy because they put us some context about the main points of the game and also put us certain parameters that must be met for each challenge, also these are growing in difficulty.
After completing the 15 challenges we will have our reward, ranging from exclusive Jordan branded accessories for our player created in My Career mode to some cards for My Team mode that we have not yet explored because we are stuck trying to reach level 40 which is the maximum in season one of My Career mode.

Para los amantes del Basquetbol y de la NBA Jordan representa una de las principales figuras en este deporte si no es que la mas importante, el hecho de poder tomar el lugar de el en un video juego y simular los grandes partidos que han marcado su historia es algo que un fan de Jordan aprecia muchísimo, es mi caso.
En la edición de este año NBA2K23 incluye un modo de juego que es el reto Jordan que nos pone a competir en 15 partido emblemáticos para la carrera de este grandioso jugador, recreando los momentos mas importantes de su carrera, no será cosa fácil pues nos ponen algo de contexto sobre los puntos principales del partido y además nos ponen ciertos parámetros que se tienen que cumplir para cada reto, además estos van creciendo en dificultad.
Después de completar los 15 retos tendremos nuestra recompensa, que van desde accesorios exclusivos con la marca Jordan para nuestro jugador creado en el modo Mi Carrera hasta algunas cartas para el modo My Team que aun no hemos explorado pues estamos atorados tratando de llegar a nivel 40 que es el máximo en la temporada uno del modo Mi carrera.
El Reto De Hoy/Today's Challenge
Today's challenge goes back to 1984 when the Olympic selection team was in the final stretch of their training to be ready for the Olympic Games in Los Angeles, as part of their training they had a friendly game against a selection of NBA stars.
The surprise was that Jordan dominated the game and led his team to victory by beating them, the point was not the beating but that the opposing team had stars like Larry Bird, Isiah Thomas, Kevin Mc'Hale and others of professional stature.
Undoubtedly this game was one of the most remembered by Jordan's fans because it was like the beginning of the legend facing very important figures of the NBA, who in the future became his league rivals.
As a curious fact, the gameplay has a kind of filter that makes the game look like a broadcast taken from a video of the 80s, I loved it because it transports you to that era and makes you feel as if you were reliving the game of that time.
Another thing that caught my attention were the commentators that sound as if they were the real ones of that era, emulating the driving style of those times.
Also the field and the stadium itself was recreated for this game which makes the experience feel more real.
El reto de hoy se remonta a 1984 cuando el equipo de seleccionados olímpicos estaba en la recta final de su entrenamiento para estar listos para los juegos olímpicos de los ángeles, como parte de su entrenamiento tenían un partido amistoso contra un seleccionado de figuras de la NBA.
La sorpresa fue que Jordan dominó el partido y llevo a la victoria a su equipo ganando por paliza, el punto no fue la paliza sino que en el equipo contrario habían estrellas de la talla de Larry Bird, Isiah Thomas, Kevin Mc'Hale y otros mas de talla profesional.
Sin duda este partido fue uno de los que mas recordados por los fans de Jordan pues fue como el inicio de la leyenda enfrentándose contra figuras muy importantes de la NBA, que ya en un futuro se convirtieron en sus rivales de liga.
Como dato curioso, el gameplay tiene una especie de filtro que hace ver el juego como una transmisión tomada de un video de la época de los 80s, eso a mi me ha encantado pues te transporta a esa era y hace sentir como si estuvieras reviviendo el partido de ese entonces.
Otra cosa que me llamó la atención fueron los comentaristas que se escuchan como si fueran los reales de esa época emulando el estilo de conducción de esos tiempos.
También la duela y el estadio en sí fue recreado para este partido lo que lo hace sentir mas real la experiencia.
Despedida/ Farewell
I loved this game mode that had already been included in the NBA2K11 version but this year's version has been renewed and has been put more ingredients that make it feel more real, come on what NBA fan would not want to take the place of MJ in history, with this game you can do it.
The retro looking filter can be removed, let me know in the comments if you liked it or it would be good to remove it to appreciate the image more clearly.

A mi me ha encantado este modo de juego que ya se había incluido en la versión del NBA2K11 pero la de este año ha sido renovada y se le ha puesto mas ingredientes que lo hacen sentir mas real, vamos que fanático de la NBA no quisiera tomar el lugar de MJ en la historia, con este juego lo puedes hacer.
El filtro de aspecto retro se puede retirar, déjame saber en los comentarios si te ha gustado o sería bueno que lo quitáramos para poder apreciar mas nítida la imagen.
