This week in our Contest #20, we got closer through 2 delightful questions created for us. Then I share my entry:

¿Cuál es tu obra o musical favorito? //What is your favorite musical or play?

It was a bit difficult to select this answer since sometimes when we talk about works that inner girl emerges who has beautiful memories of children's works but transcendental for the lives of many as in the case of Pinocchio.

Pero definitivamente entre tantas opciones fabulosas me quedé con: ¨CASA DE MUÑECAS¨. LA LLAMADA OBRA FEMINISTA DE HENRIK IBSEN.

But definitely among so many fabulous options I was left with:
¨DOLL'S HOUSE¨. THE SO-CALLED FEMINIST WORK OF HENRIK IBSEN.

A fantastic written that has had all kinds of protagonists over the years I understand that at that time, the year 1879, almost 142 years ago, it was taken as a feminist because it was a revealing work regarding the behavior of a woman before society and its rules.

Although the Norwegian Henrik Ibsen expressed at the time, his flag was never to be a feminist,that he was only reflecting the true story of a friend; and that because of his affectionate affection for her he decided to translate it as a play.

The main character Nora, a beautiful woman who marries very young with the man who supposedly "Suited her" Torvald, who treats her like a girl, assures the author the following expression: "She goes from being her father's doll to the of her husband¨.

At first Nora developed as society dictates for the time, a woman of the house, dedicated to having children and taking care of them. According to he would have no more worries than to watch over his home.

Nora accepts herself as a woman who only thinks about material things, about appearances, and what must be done to look good to society as a woman.

• Nora nunca ha tenido la posibilidad de tomar decisiones ni de dirigir su propia vida, acepta cabalmente todas las dediciones impuestas por su marido.

• Nora has never had the possibility of making decisions or directing her own life, she fully accepts all the decisions imposed by her husband.

At that moment of suffering for Nora, for so many accusations and accusations. She leaves, leaving her husband and her family.

¿Cuál es un plato familiar favorito y por favor comparte la receta?// What is a favorite family dish and please share the recipe!

My family is a bit large. Thank God!🙏 for them the favorite dishes are those where everyone is satisfied and can even repeat. For this reason, Today I want to share with you a special and familiar moment, of a simple, nutritious recipe worthy of a large family.

¡ Una rica Sopa a la leña // A rich soup to the firewood!

¡Ingredientes para la Rica Sopa!

•De 8 a 10 litros de agua
•2 kilos de res o carne para guisar
•1 kilo de lagarto con hueso
•1 kilo de apio, yuca, ocumo,repollo, auyama,ñame y de plátano verde
•1 kilo de papa
•5 jojotos
•1 zanahoria
•3 cebollas
•3 dientes de ajo
•1 pimentón rojo
•Hierbabuena, cilantro y ajo porro
•Sal al gusto

• Preparación:

•En una olla grande colocas el agua, las carnes picadas en trozos, el ajo porro y dos cebollas. Se hierve por 1 hora y 30 minutos.
•Después saca la carne y cuelas el caldo para eliminar el exceso de grasa.
•Luego coloca de nuevo en la olla el caldo ya colado y la carne.
•Lava previamente,Pela y pica en trozos grandes las verduras. Pica la cebolla y el pimentón en pedacitos pequeños.
•Agrega todas las verduras menos la auyama. Coloca sal y pimienta. Cuando las verduras estén blandas aproximadamente 30 minutos, agrega la auyama.
•Prepara un sofrito con la cebolla, el pimentón y el ajo machacado.
•Añade a la sopa deja hervir por 20 minutos y por último se incorpora el cilantro.

¡Ingredients for the Rich Soup!

• 8 to 10 liters of water
• 2 kilos of beef brisket or meat
• 1 kilo of lizard with bone
• 1 kilo of yucca, celery, yam, squash, cabbage and green banana
• 1 kilo of potato
• 5 Mazorcas
• 1 carrot
• 3 onions
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1red bell pepper
• Peppermint, coriander and garlic joint
• Salt to taste

• Preparation:

• In a large pot, place the water, the chopped meat, the garlic joint and two onions. It is boiled for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Then remove the meat and strain the broth to remove excess fat.
• Then put the strained broth and the meat back in the pot.
• Wash, peel and coarsely chop vegetables. Chop the onion and paprika into small pieces.
• Add all the vegetables except the squash. Add salt and pepper. When the vegetables are soft for about 30 minutes, add the squash.
• Fry the onion, paprika and crushed garlic.
• Incorporate it into the soup, let it boil for 20 minutes and finally the coriander incorporated.

Although here in Venezuela we do not take measurements and portions to the letter when we are going to make a wood-fired soup for a large number of people; You can take the indicated portions of ingredients as a point of reference. Each guest regularly contributes meat, vegetables, and other ingredients.The more loaded the soup, the better.
