It may also help you appreciate what you have and lessen emotions of jealousy or unhappiness. Practicing thankfulness may be as easy as spending a few minutes each day to focus on the things you're glad for, or expressing your thanks to others via words or deeds.

What am thankful For

I'm glad for life.We should appreciate life. If there's life there's hope that whatever you desire will arrive. There's some people who have everything you desire and are yet not living.

I'm also glad for the advancement in my life. I celebrate my small wins so as to make greater ones come. Although I don't have everything I desire but am confident I will.
I'm thankful for my family and friends. They have been my support thus far. My parents would always go out of their will to make sure I live a comfortable life. I also have some friends that are like family, who are intentional about my growth.

You may purchase a gratitude journal or design one yourself. Write everyday, things you are thankful for and why you are grateful. It will help you appreciate life.

Appreciate People:
If you have someone who has done anything for you, take time to compose a thank-you message to express your thanks.
Say thank you, expressing praises, or doing something good for them.

Practice positive thinking: Make a deliberate effort to concentrate on the good parts of your life and to find something to be thankful for in every scenario.

We have a lot to be thankful for every day. No matter how bad things are for us, we are alive! We can breathe in the air, see the sun's rays, feel its warmth, kiss and hug those we love. Nothing assures us that we will be able to do it again tomorrow. That is why I am thankful every day!
