I've never heard of them calling before it's due. Yes, I will get an email reminding me of the payment due, but I can handle that. But interrupting your day by calling????

Thanks! Well this company does & it's not the first time either. I recall one time, I told the girl "I know when my bill is due, I don't need y'all calling me to remind me". But that obviously doesn't mean a thing.

Yeah, an email would have been better, I wouldn't care about that either. I hate phone calls during the day when I'm trying to write & create.
