I had my first proper night out since Covid started 19 months ago! I wasn't sure how long I'd last but I was pleasantly surprised that I made it as far as the disco. I hadn't bothered to go at all since Covid, as dancing wasn't allowed so I didn't really see the point! However, since last weekend and our extremely low incidence rate, dancing has been allowed again! So a dancing I went! 💃
It was so nice to dance again, it was my weekly way to let off steam, so you can imagine how wild I was after 19 months! Normally, I wouldn't be able to afford going to a disco, but fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on the way you look at it lol) I live less than 15 metres from one! Since I have to put up with the noise and dirtyness that come from all night drunks, when I want to go to dance, I can get in for free! I was even more lucky last night as my friend the owner was there and he invited me for a vodka!💃😅
As you can imagine, I am tired and hungover today. I have no regrets however, it was worth it! 😉
