Buying $GLX on Leodex - Is $GLX going to be the Next BIG NFT Pick? My Strategy for $GLX...

Its been a while that I had bought any crypto coin. And had been thinking where to invest some dollars should the investment be in some new projects? Or should I continue to increase my stake in project that I already know. Finally, I took a stance in investing in the $GLX token. So what is $GLX all about? I guess this picture from the Genesis Sport League portal should well summarize about $GLX. But before that lets understand that $GLX is the Governance token for the genesis league sports game. And you know how valuable are the governance tokens that provide its users the control on making decisions tied to the development of the project and other matters associated to it. It could also be the right to vote on proposed changes to a blockchain network as well.

Genesis Sport League is a brand new upcoming NFT based game that is currently being developed. We can expect the game to be live in a next few quarters and most importantly the team associated to this game is @Splinterlands team. Which is one of my primary reason to buy and stake more $GLX tokens. I had earlier sold $GLX at high for $HIVE and invested into other tokens. But considering the token now trading at its lows, thought that it would be a good entry point to buy IN $GLX and start stacking them up.

Bought GLX on Market Price from LeoDex

LeoDex is one of my favorite Dex to buy second layer tokens associated to the HIVE Blockchain. At first, I tried to place bid at lower prices but then the bid for $GLX didn't execute. I had been trying this method for a couple of days now, with no luck. And then finally decided to execute the bid for $GLX at the market price. I bought 2500+ $GLX for 210 $HIVE, which I think isn't a bad deal to buy $GLX at these prices incase if you are thinking to invest in $GLX..

My $GLX Before State 15K+

Yes, slowly and gradually I have been enhancing my stake in $GLX. As all the daily $GLX rewards are being staked along with the daily Airdropped tokens. I receive close to 120+ $GLX tokens as Airdrop and at the same time able to get 80+ $GLX tokens as staking rewards. Incase if you are not aware then let me tell your is you had $SPS staked then you should be getting the $GLX token Airdropped. The AirDrop for this governance coin $GLX started effectively sometime in October, 2022 last year and will be ongoing for an entire year i.e. till October, 2023.

Transfer $GLX from Hive-engine & Stake

Ok, so I bought $GLX from leodex.. What Next? Simple, I transferred all the $GLX to the Genesis Sport League staking platform and staked all the $GLX bought today. Here is the My $GLX Current State 18K+; from 15K+ earlier

Currently, if you look at the APRs for $GLX which is at 170+% - I think that is pretty impressive as well to earn some good staking rewards. Apart from the $GLX rewards the users are also receiving the $GLGT token, which I think is going to be the stable coin in the game, pegged to a dollar. So far I have received 179+ $GLGT tokens and considering if its pegged to a dollar in near future then I have already these many dollars in my kitty; which I will leverage to buy some Genesis Sport League cards pack. Finally, I am planning to continue to HODL & BUILD my portfolio with $GLX.

There is no rush as I am looking forward to a long term investment here. At least to a point to take the advantage of the sweet APR until its above 100% and keep stacking the $GLGT token as well. Plus the added advantage here to stack $GLX is my $SPS bag which is also growing slowly and steadily. The more $SPS staked is equal to more $GLX tokens being Airdropped daily. So far I have reached to a point of having close to 217K+ $SPS staked and this has been growing ever since - $SPS the governance token of Splinterlands was introduced. My plan here is to simply take the dual benefit of staking one coin and getting another coin as well. And in our example you stake $SPS get $GLX; then stake $GLX to get more $GLX and put this in loop to grow your account exponentially. Also, I have heard that we would be seeing more utilities come out for $GLX token that would ultimately benefit its HOLDers.. And not to forget the GLX license that is going to be the Next big thing in the future along with its Airdop for $SPS license HOLDERs... looking forward to some big announcements here from the @GenesisLSports team... cheers :-)
