RE: Why Buying a New House is not in my List

From my point of view, it can be used when buying a house since it can be rented for vacations if it is located in a tourist site or it can be rented normally, always getting numbers to have a profit, even if it is low, it is a little, so this same is amortized and in the long term it would be a good investment. Very good post to discuss and see different points of view in the comments.
