CTP Content - walk : An Easy exercise

Hello All,

Hope you all are doing good and enjoying the life with your loved ones.

While doing daily chores we burn a lot of calories and this can also be categorised as some form of exercise. If we want to stay healthy, we need to work to balance the energy that we have consumed in the form of feed. We eat food which produces the energy and we consume some of this energy while doing any work. But most of the time the daily chores are not good enough to consume all of this energy and we end up with some extra energy which is stored in our body in the form of fat.

Exercise is a good way to burn this extra energy and get rid of this extra fat. One of the most common and easy exercise is walk.

You can either go for a slow walk or a brisk walk and it you really want to be in action, you can run. This is very basic exercise which does not need any equipment and everyone know how to do it.

It’s important to choose good route for walk. It’s better if we can go out in nature as this helps us connect with the nature and appreciate it.

Walk is not only good for physical health but also equally good for mental health. When we go out and walk, we inhale more oxygen which is good for brain and other organs.

I like to walk along a river bank as flowing water also being positivity.
