THE NEW DIMAC SHRINK TUNNEL

Today I shall be discussing briefly about an new inventory which is called the dimac heat tunnel. It is also called the shrink tunnel, because it has a hot surface which make product shrinks an mold to a certain shape or size

This shrink tunnel is a device that sort product it self and it is capable of making it pass through it self and reshape it. Currently,it is used for the completion of the baby jelly product. When the product is been sent by the capping machine and thereby the sleeving machine sleeving it then it is finally sent to the dimac heat tunnel where it will be arranged in forms and rapped properly with a nylons rappen which will make it form a certain shape and it won't fall.

This machine is a new Discovery because it has been for sometimes now but it was just imported into the company to enhance to working accuracy of the employees working there.

The machine has series of sensory devices which allowals the machine to work effectively. This sensors are place everywhere around the machine to prevent it from injuring the people operating it but bypassing this sensors will cause a pure accident because a machine has no brain we working with it are the one to use our brai5to work with it.

The machine has with power to produce thousands of products worth millions of naira just in a day because it is fast efficient and effective Because it is still new and has the working abilities still with it.
