MI NIETO ALEJANDRO Y YO DESDE EL JARDÍN MEDICINAL DEL EDIFICIO. [Esp / Eng]

Amanece y la mañana se ofrece con un ambiente fresco, escucho que me dice mi compañía espiritual que baje del apartamento al pequeño parque del edificio donde estoy temperando mis vacaciones con mis hijas y mi nieto. Escucho y pienso que el llamado es para que baje de madrugada a meditar al espacio vegetal. Me desayuno con un plátano sancochado con miel y una infusión de hojas de plantas medicinales que traje en un bolsito para mi uso personal y para mi familia, acá en la ciudad de Naguanagua. Esta comunidad no la sigo llamando pueblo o pueblito, porque esa indiferencia t falsa modestia que anestesia mi espíritu. He decidido mantenerme despierto. Es mi decisión. Estoy agradecido y disfruto de lo que hago con la luz de mi conciencia.

It is dawn and the morning offers itself with a fresh atmosphere, I hear my spiritual companion telling me to come down from the apartment to the small park of the building where I am tempering my vacation with my daughters and my grandson. I listen and think that the call is for me to go down early in the morning to meditate in the vegetable space. I have breakfast with a boiled banana with honey and an infusion of medicinal plant leaves that I brought in a little bag for my personal use and for my family, here in the city of Naguanagua. I no longer call this community a town or village, because that indifference and false modesty anesthetizes my spirit. I have decided to stay awake. It is my decision. I am thankful and I enjoy what I do with the light of my conscience.

Me siento sano y procuro no dejarme aplastar por los saberes y conocimientos ancestrales de las propiedades nutritivas y medicinales de las plantas. Respeto esta raigambre cultural de la humanidad.

Feel healthy and I try not to let myself be crushed by the ancestral knowledge and wisdom of the nutritional and medicinal properties of plants. I respect this cultural roots of humanity.

Mi interés por conocer el jardín lo realizo invitando a mi nieto que me acompañe al jardín del edificio. Me mira muy diestro, se cambia de ropa y bajamos por el ascensor, salimos a la planta baja, giramos hacia mi derecha, penetramos las áreas verdes del edificio y observo al fondo un árbol grande de moringa (Moringa oleífera), un aguacate (Persea americana Mill.), una planta de ciruela criolla (Spondias Purpurea Anacardiaceae.), cojo de las ramas de la moringa una maraca y le extraigo las semillas, periódicamente, una vez al año, consumo una almendra diaria por siete días, en ayuna. Continuamos nuestra visita por el jardín del edificio que tiene toda la perspectiva de un portentoso patio medicinal. Se encuentra muy organizado, es una unidad de producción para el beneficio de las familias que necesiten racionalmente utilizarlo.

Show my interest in the garden by inviting my grandson to accompany me to the building's garden. He looks at me very deftly, changes his clothes and we go down the elevator, go out to the first floor, turn to my right, penetrate the green areas of the building and I observe in the background a large moringa tree (Moringa oleifera), an avocado (Persea americana Mill. ), a Creole plum plant (Spondias Purpurea Anacardiaceae.), I take from the branches of the moringa a maraca and extract the seeds, periodically, once a year, I consume one almond daily for seven days, fasting. We continue our visit through the garden of the building that has all the perspective of a portentous medicinal courtyard. It is very organized, it is a production unit for the benefit of the families that rationally need to use it.

Me siento emocionado por el paisaje interno de las áreas verde de este edificio, esto fortalece mi espíritu porque voy acompañado de mi nieto Alejandro. Esta organizadamente su distribución por una plantación de cúrcuma de varias cepas (Cúrcuma longa L.), una planta grande de paja e´ te o citronela (Cymbopogon nardus), una planta de acetaminofén (Peumus boldus) y un cactus (Cactaceae), una planta de colombiana (Kalanchoe pinnata), un orégano orejón (Plectranthus amboinicus). Hacia la derecha del edificio está en el rincón una planta de toronjil (Melissa officinalis), una planta paja e´ te (Cymbopogon nardus), muy cerca de una ventana está herméticamente protegida un arbusto de orégano (Origanum vulgare).

Feel moved by the internal landscape of the green areas of this building, this strengthens my spirit because I am accompanied by my grandson Alejandro. It is organized by a plantation of turmeric of various strains (Curcuma longa L.), a large plant of paja e' te or citronella (Cymbopogon nardus), a plant of acetaminophen (Peumus boldus) and a cactus (Cactaceae), a plant of colombiana (Kalanchoe pinnata), an oregano orejón (Plectranthus amboinicus). To the right of the building is in the corner a lemon balm plant (Melissa officinalis), a plant paja e' te (Cymbopogon nardus), very close to a window is hermetically protected an oregano bush (Origanum vulgare).

Los habitantes de este edificio tienen una farmacia de plantas medicinales, esto es prodigioso, en conclusión, para los que tenemos oídos y escuchamos, tenemos ojos y vemos esta es una alternativa fabulosa. Pero mi narración no se cierra aquí, si no, porque que al frente de este espacio está una planta ornamental que no voy a redundar en lo realmente hermoso, me atrae el color de sus hojas y su natural diseño floral, me acerco y tengo una impresionante sorpresa, cuando mis ojos están en el ramillete me encuentro con mis amadas abejas. Que puedo decir cuando mi guía espiritual me oriento para que bajara. Aquí estoy viéndolas, ni se perturban al verme, se posan rápidamente sobre las flores, chupan el néctar, se acerca la noche y ellas están pendientes de regresar a la colmena.

Inhabitants of this building have a pharmacy of medicinal plants, this is prodigious, in conclusion, for those of us who have ears and listen, have eyes and see, this is a fabulous alternative. But my narration does not close here, if not, because in front of this space is an ornamental plant that I will not redound in the really beautiful, I am attracted by the color of its leaves and its natural floral design, I approach and I have an impressive surprise, when my eyes are in the bouquet I find my beloved bees. What can I say when my spiritual guide guided me to come down. Here I am seeing them, they are not even disturbed to see me, they quickly settle on the flowers, sucking the nectar, the night is approaching and they are waiting to return to the hive.

Alejandro entró en el espacio y comenzó a correr, saltar y practica sus juegos imaginarios con las maracas de la moringa que, para él, esta poseído por unas espadas. Alejandro se transformó en un espadachín, se salió de los juegos de vídeos a ponerse en contacto con el ambiente vegetal.

Esta información se tiene que propagar para sensibilizar con una difusión de la importancia de la cultura de los patios con plantas medicinales que existen en las comunidades, para así contribuir con el mejoramiento de la salud y las relaciones del complejo habitacional de este edificio.

Alejandro entered the space and began to run, jump and practice his imaginary games with the maracas of the moringa which, for him, is possessed by swords. Alejandro transformed himself into a swordsman, he left the video games to get in touch with the vegetable environment.
This information has to be spread to raise awareness of the importance of the culture of the patios with medicinal plants that exist in the communities, in order to contribute to the improvement of health and relationships in the housing complex of this building.

Mi nieto y yo disfrutamos de un feliz momento al conocer y realizar un diagnóstico de la
potencialidad recreativa y medicinal que tiene el área verde.

–Alejandro, vamos a subir al apartamento,
acompáñame. Salió del interior del patio corriendo muy contento para subir por
el ascensor hasta el piso donde nos espera su madre y su tía.
