I have listened to the Twitter space of Michael Saylor and Bitcoin archive, Saylor made a valid point to classify which is security. The whole point of being a security is if your crypto has a centralization issues then most probably it can fall in the category of securities, and it has be registered on the Securities and Exchange Commission, otherwise your Crypto will be categorized as unregistered securities which is illegal.
