Solution

The key to the problem in this video is to notice that White's Bishop is hard at work as the second guard to the e1 Rook. Black can "remove the guard" with Nxg3+!

After hxg3 Rxe1+, Rxe1 Rxe1+ delivers Black a winning advantage.
