Micro-strategy Stock Suffers Loss As The Current BTC Position Down A Billion Dollar
The recent decline in both the crypto and stock market has definitely put microstrategy at the mercy of the market, micro strategy is regarded has the largest cooperate organization which the highest BTC portfolio. BTC current position which has gone down the $1billion position has cost the cooperation to loss 20% daily in their stocks, the company’s stock has gone down double digits making it reaching an all time low in a multi-year.
Would the current market position halt their acquisition of the Bitcoin? Well this is question which might be direct to the chief executive officer Micheal Saylor, which known in the crypto space has a bitcoin advocate. During the pandemic 2020 it was reported that the company under he’s leadership started the purchase of bitcoin making their interest known to the public about their position on largest digital currency. Creating a position for themselves in the bitcoin space, from reports gotten the company is currently is 129,218BTC, which was at average selling price of $30,700 which was recorded earlier this year.
Admits this current BTC plunge the company is currently sitting on an unreleased loss as bitcoin has gone down below the $25k market selling price, which has been bitcoin lowest price since December of 2020 which we have witnessed in the early hours of today has it sells below $23,000. Michael Saylor is pretty much bullish about bitcoin attaining the 1$Million selling market price in he’s pervious tweets;
“There’s no price target. I expect we’ll be buying bitcoin at the local top forever. And I expect Bitcoin is going to go into the millions. So we’re very patient. We think it’s the future of money.”
