RE: Who are you doing it for?

Financial freedom would obviously be awesome, but I actually love my job. I truly do. I don't like my workplace that much though.. But I can't really imagine a life without my job, or at least working roughly the same way I do today.

Working less or working for free, I don't know. I don't want to work 50-60 hours per week though, which I am often doing nowadays.

That's exactly the point of financial freedom. Not that you have to give up your job but that you choose to do it because you love it. You're not forced to be there for the money or have to compromise on anything because you need it.

You have enough money regardless that you make your own life choices, whatever those might be. Including where to live, how to spend your time, what you want to accomplish in life.

I would love to volunteer in a dog shelter if money was no object. Put my time to good use if i didn't spend so much of it trying to get money.

That would be possible if i was financially free.

So, all I need is basically FU-money and a better place to live in. Then I'm set. :D

As stake holders we can F-U everybody if the site takes off properly.

Who needs real jobs when we can make stupid comments online and earn an income.

It's a bold new world.
