RE: Leofinance Engagement: Commenting On Comments

avatar

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

While I obviously agree with everything you said, I just wanted to point out that $48K in a single month is extremely difficult, but it is doable. I think it will take us roughly 3 years.

It depends on various factors obviously, but I don't think that we will reach that amount by just having the Ads we have currently. Perhaps I should've clarified that in the original comment.

That being said, $10K Ad Revenue in a month? No doubt. We're already up to ~4000 USD so it's a bit more than double our current revenue.

My reasoning behind that statement is rather simple actually. I have already seen the traffic we're getting from search engines so far, and I know that we have some killer content out there, which is just waiting to be ranked.

Also, we have more optimized content being published regularly, and a lot of that content has huge potential to generate traffic over time.

What we need is more engagement and more optimized content. The more the better. The sooner the better. The sooner people realize that optimized content is what will take LeoFinance and Hive to the next level, the faster we'll see the true benefits from our hard labour.

40% annual return wouldn't be too shabby at all, and the most insane part about it, is that it's doable. We can take LeoFinance to the next level.

The question is, if people are ready to put in some extra effort for it..?

And that is just what we do in-house here. There are obviously things that can be done to optimize the site itself and rearrange ads.

Like you said, lets hit the low hanging fruit first.

and rearrange ads.

I even covered that as well ~a week ago or so. All these "little" things will have an insanely powerful effect in the long haul.

I honestly don't think that people are ready for it. They can't even imagine the outcome we can have.

Low-hanging fruit is definitely the easiest thing to begin with, for everyone. Kids can pick up some of the fruits on the ground. No need to climb trees yet.. But we will, eventually.

That's when the fun really begins.

Well, there are a lot of priorities for the development team. I think the working on the app/website is more important than ad placement at this point.

After all, the site is tried and needs a refresh. I just posted a link to someone using the updated mobile. A nice share feature added. Make is easier to spread the Leofinance articles around.

One other thing we need to keep in mind is that #ProjectBlank is going to also have ads. That will feed into Leo Power holders.

That could really escalate things if we see it emerge this year.

Yeah, PB can have massive effect on the Ad Revenue. It's crazy to even think about it.

I believe that one can get 100K user fairly easily. If it is like Khal said it was going to be, that will be an easy sell to people.

Just wondering but how much does engagement help on the SEO rankings?

I am by no means an expert and @hitmeasap will have to jump in.

However, the idea of comments is that it can "extend" the article. I dont think the search engines really separate. They look at it as all one page.

Hence, if we have keywords being hit up in the comment section, that support what is in the article, then it is a bonus.

Now to quantify it, I would guess that is impossible. However, as know engagement also can stimulate more of it, thus increasing the odds that a keyword could be hit.

Comments carry many benefits, both to the individual and the platform.

I had the same question! Thanks for clarifying that, or at least how you think it works. If the engines look at it all as one page it makes complete sense!

Yes and that is why it is important to reinforce certain keywords in the article. That only strengthens them.

And then, if that article is linked on other ones at later dates, it becomes "expert" with those keywords.

As I said, that is how I understand it to be.

There was someone doing excellent SEO posts and live discord events for the Natural Medicine community... I'm gonna see if I can find who that was, she was so knowledgeable and helpful for the community. With lists of "keywords" and things like that that were closely related to @naturalmedicine's mission.

@riverflows, if you get this ping maybe you can chime in, where can I find this wonderful person we had on board the community?

It is smart for all the different communities, if they have front ends, to follow this concept.

Having keywords in the natural medicine community would be vital. That is very targeted but powerful.

It seems finance is a bit bigger but equally as important. Even if it helps the traffic to Peakd or Hive.blog, it is helping the entire ecosystem.

The difference is that the traffic on Leofinance helps the ad revenue which feeds into our Leo Power holdings.

I think with the right incident people will put in the effort. Maybe leofinance can organise weekly or monthly SEO masterclass on telegram or discord. Get some of its regular creators to learn the rudiments of SEO. That will go a long way

Maybe leofinance can organise weekly or monthly SEO masterclass on telegram or discord.

There are ongoing discussions about it. Anyone who follows @forexbrokr or @hitmeasap will come across this. We can add in @finguru who is also out there putting a lot of attention on SEO.

It is only a matter of discussing it. Perhaps we need to start dropping comments into peoples articles stating they should start optimizing their content.

Fair enough. I will revisit my SEO course again. Did not finish up the last time. It is something I actually need to learn properly

Well for me, it is an ongoing course. I am taking the tidbits they drop and applying them as much as I can.

Commenting is vital. But doing the things in each post helps a great deal too.

SEO is something that can really help down the road. It is effort today for benefits tomorrow.

100%. You don't need to be perfect every time. Just keep getting better by learning tips from millions of experts out there on the internet and within Leo Finance community. Over time things will work in your favor.

If we have enough people applying a few tips each, that will really make the difference.

As with anything, it comes down to the numbers. The more people engaged, the better the results.

Haha! We need to take such desperate measures if people don't listen. 😂

Yes. We can also help to optimize then even further.

The best tip is to keep linking older Leofinance articles in your posts and comments.

Link to ones that are applicable to the subject matter.

Not sure about the masterclass but I am planning to publish actionable tips & hacks on SEO, marketing & how to become a better writer in general. Follow @leoseo! Will try to provide as many resources as possible. Like blogs, infographics, presentations, videos, book suggestions, etc. All of us can also go out there and learn on our own and share the knowledge with each other.

Will also launch SEO contests where everyone takes part to put their learning to use. We can revisit those blogs in 6 months or so and see how they perform. In the meantime, we keep trying hundreds of things as creators and I am pretty sure at least one will hit. Just need to have a self-learning attitude & immense amount of patience. :')
