Why Do The Poor Get Poorer, The Rich Get Richer? Part 1

Hello everyone how are you doing today? Checking the statistics about The economic divergent across the world, I realized that these days that the poor are getting poorer while the rich are getting Richer. I started reflecting on what could have been happy, is it people are procreating more which resulted to the world are getting populated beyond measure or mismanagement of resources,
in some decades ago. Let take example from mid 1980s, precisely in africa, 90 percent of the people are living fine, they were able to provide their daily food without stress. Infact, most of them don't think of what they will eat or drink.
Today, the reverse is the case. Before it was people who has defects that are begging for money and food. But today, I have seen people who does not have any defect begging for money and food.

Let look at reasons why the poor get poorer while the rich get Richer:
• The Mindset: the rich people carried the mentality to get more Investment while the poor mentality is to get money, use it to eat, buy materials such as clothes, shoes, bags and so on. The major focus of rich men are to look for most promising business and invest in it. The poor will say, if I invest this money; what would I use to take care of myself? Therefore, the poor mindset are limited to certain things they want that will solve their immediately problem. The poor have poverty mindset that kept them away from financial freedom. They love to see their money rather than invest with it. Someone said, "whenever I see my bank account, I kept laughing". This man retired at age 50, he was paid huge amount of money that he could start a meaningful business with it. After two years, the money greatly reduced and he could no longer laugh again but started maintaining the remaining amount until he finished the whole money.
My opinion is that, if this man started business then, he would have been getting income that would be feeding himself everyday.

• Fear of Taking risk: It happen to my friend some years ago when the value of bitcoin was very small. He said, "I can't invest in bitcoin because if my money vanish, who will I hold responsible? I better keep my money in the bank and whenever I needs it, I will go and withdraw it. I don't want to lose my sleep because I invested on something I did not know. I don't want to take risk".
He was scaring to take risk, not knowing that business is a risk. If you can't take risk, you can't do business. I heard someone said, 'the poor does not have enough money to invest'. But the question is, when will they have money to invest? I have seen poor men who have more than enough to invest but they are afraid of taking the risk. You don't necessarily need to put everything but you cut your cloth according to your size. The risk of failure was the major reason. The poor understand that financial lost is simply means total downfall that may result to psychology problem or physical problem. Their mindset is that they might not be able to recover from the lost forever. I read news where poor man committed suicide because his business crashed.
But for the rich, when they lost in business. They believed it is time to work and discovered what might cause the lost.

• The rich people maintain their wealths: those who their forefathers are wealthy transferred their wealths to their children and the lineage kept going like that. And since the lineage continues like that, the children always looking for ways to maintain and also transfer it to their children. That is the reason, most of the rich people we have today, their fathers or forefathers are rich; infact some of these fathers are business tycoon.

• The Poor Believed in many children: they believed that since I have tried my best to become wealthy and nature did not allow me, let me give birth to many children; at least one of them might be fortune to become rich. They don't think that let me give birth to one or two; give them quality education, good care, better upbringing, discipline, orientation of wealth, principles of success system, the mindset of rich people, business ideas and so on. They tend to give birth to many children that will resulted to more bill and finances. They don't understand that, if you give birth to 6 children, you need to be buy 1 bag of rice every month, prepare for 8 people's meal everyday- morning, evening and night. Which will even worsen the condition and resulted to higher financial crises.
