My 3 days experiment with CTPX

Hello, one of my Hive friends I follow posted few days ago about CTPX.io platform so I was intrigued to test it and see what's it all about.

First of all I want to say I'm on Listnerds active now and then so I guess CTPX is next step in the same direction.

Main activity on the platform is to explore website and earn tokens you can use to advertise your own pages (aka trafic exchange). At first I didn't understand I need to link my website so I watched other ads without any reward.

But soon I managed to link some of my websites and I was good to go. You can link pages from ctptalk and leofinance front-ends, but not from others.

For free member level you get 1 view of your page for 3 views.

There are also gamification elements to CTPX. One of them are ranks. Now I don't really get what are they for and if they have any utility on the platform and I would really like to learn more about it. And also you have to click on those LEVEL UP buttons so you can level up O_o

Second type of gamification on CTPX and most interesting one is a chance to win CTP tokens. How does it work? For every 10 ads you watch (each is about 12 seconds long) you get 1 ticket. Every hour 1 member gets around 30 tokens and once per day there is around 140 tokens reward, based on pool numbers I guess.

I was trying for 3 days to win this prize but no luck. I guess my 3 tickets per hour are just not enough for winning. How much is needed I don't know.

CTPX is solid traffic exchange platform with interesting crypto earning gamification elements. I can see developers enjoyed making it and it really has great potential.

On the negative side I must mention ads are, how should I put it ... some smell like 90s :) It doesn't have anything to do with the platform, off course, users are those responsible for graphics quality and representation of ads but it would be useful to have some kind of filters or rankings. (Maybe that's why reviews are for?)

Anyway platform is good enough to stick around and try to win CTP reward at least once.
