  2. @charcoalbuffet made a graphic representation of what a POB popup welcome banner could look like, to help new visitors sign up. This could help unique visitors get started, as many other websites use a similar banner.

If a 'broad community' is airdropping only to top LEO stakers, doesn't that make it a centralized project with an obvious bias and skew? I already see low effort shill posts getting a lot of traction there so it doesn't seem to have much authenticity from a decentralized point of view.

They only distributed 10,000 of the tokens to the largest LEO holders, out of the total supply, but the token is available through on Hive-Engine now. I only discovered it last night. Lots of new projects on Hive! Distributing some of the token to users of one of the more established communities is a good idea.

You can't really say that's definitely a good thing. It's good for the people who got airdrops and those that benefit from them. If you look at all the top posts they're mostly market/finance related. It's not the end of the world but the bias is observable and verifiable so people will have to pay to have fair representation in a 'broad community ' that really didn't need to have that skew in the first place. Maybe if they airdropped to a popular community that was less niche like PoB or Bro then it wouldn't be such one-sided shillany

I didn't get an airdrop of BHT tokens. Also, the theme of the community is not "broad" but "evolution" and finance, there are some more comments on the post I referenced, with users talking about what kind of content that community wants to focus on.

Oh cool I didn't investigate further when the post you referred to called it a generic community. Then I guess my only criticism with it is the name isn't a great fit and there will likely be confusion adopting the tag in a generalist manner due to the name which could result in downvoting over 'misuse'

Maybe there could be an ANY token that gets dropped to every single user and can be used on ANY post? There are lots of ideas and experiments floating around.

This orignal png logo I made isn't anything too fancy.
I have been planning to either create (or find someone talented to create)
a cool intro animation for "CoffeeTalk with @HiveCoffee"

I also made this 3D text transparent GIF which is now used on on a few scenes in the livestream.
