LEO&HODL Contest: Gamified LeoFinance Experience

The mean idea of gamees is hinged 2 words competition between the parties that are willing to be involved in the side games.

At the end of every game that is usually a price tag to the best-performing participants. Also in some games the organizers May decide that there is no Price Tag that is to say everyone is a winner. Also in some games it is known that there is usually a price tag attached.

The purpose of the price is to bring about more seriousness in the Minds of the contestants the price serves as a Motivator to everyone that will be involved in the games to stop when one did not win today he evaluates himself to know the details that are missing and try as much as possible to include it in the next round.

A critical example is what we see in the football gamees the team that did not do well in one season who go back to know why they did not perform well and the fact that did not perform well in this season will not stop them from coming back in the next season. If you even ask them critically they will tell you that they will be the winners of the match.

This brief introduction brings me to the questions for this week's discussion

What are your expectations from Gamified LeoFinance Community membership?
My expectations for the game file your finance membership includes;

• I have detention that my reputation will increase drastically on a regular basis. Also to get to learn more about the community operations. To participate in community projects like #LPUD, contests as organised by the HODL Community and the Leogrowth.

What kinds of tasks or duties can be adapted for gamification?
The projects I have in mind includes;

• Threads Storm or i can say thread rain. In this case it will rain Threads that when you come to the Threads section it may take you 2 hours or more to cover all the recent. Like the waythere is LPUD, there should be a day given to threads maybe the day thread will celebrate her birthday or it can be a monthly event that people will look up to as people look up to LPUD.
• More people will get to know more about leofinance thread when we take it outside the walls of hive community. May have not come to know our dear community and it will be nice if we take the awareness to our social media handles.

How to reward community members better in gamification of "Lionship"?

• Recently I was discussing with a friend and I asked him why he doesn't participate in contests he said it's because he doesn't get support after work or participation
• Giving a shoutout to the most active users in the community every day, week or month depends on how the team decides

What are the benefits of gamified community concept?

• Helps in #promoting the activities of the community
• Create more visibility for the community
• Helps the members to get to know more about what the community stands for.
• Serves as a guide to new users too

Gamification of communities is so important because it will serve as a motivator to both the members and those that are not yet members.

My appreciation goes to all the teams of the leofinance community, I most say you all are doing wonderfully well in seeing that the community stands out in this system and beyond.
