Turbo boost your investments by joining in on LPUD - Leo Power Up Day (15th of Oct)

So another LPUD is quickly approaching, didnt we just do the last one a few days ago - oh, that'll be 3 weeks ago then !

Leo Power Up Day is a #leofinance community initiative for staking LEO token, promoted by @leogrowth. It encourages the leo community to power up a minimum of 150 LEO each month. There are a number of benefits to this:

• For newish investors like me, its a great means of encouraging a regular savings boost, that can help you grow your nest egg,
• For the community, it helps stabilise the LEO token and support its long term growth,
• There are a number of monthly awards and delegations given out each month to those that join in on the initiative - some of them are pretty awesome - with the biggest being a 60K LEO delegation (which is incredible) - if you are lucky enough to land one it can make a huge difference,
• And it really does drive some lovely community spirit and engagement. There is a real buzz each LPUD, inc on the run up to it - and I just enjoy engaging with other LEO-minded people on it - its fun.

Prior to the first LPUD being announced back in June I was not very active in #leofinance (I was still new to the blockchain) and only had 104 LEO in total. But with LPUD, things have really changed for me. It has given me massive encouragement to generate LEO and join in on the fun. And in this last week, my total LEO has just surpassed the 1000 mark as a result, which I would not have though possible at the start of the year.

In addition to this, I was one of the lucky ones in last months LPUD and landed a 5K LEO delegation, which has really propelled my LEO curation rewards over the last month.

And in addition to this, LPUD has allowed my to develop my contacts within the #leofinance community, because engagement is what its all about.

So how can you get enough LEO each month ?

• The easiest option is to go to the market and buy some LEO ! But if thats not feasible for you, then there are many other ways,
• Creating posts, threads, commenting and curating on #leofinance is a great generator of LEO, and this has really helped me each month. On a good month this can generate me 50+ LEO,
• Delegating HP to @leo.voter provides a daily income of LEO. Since starting with LPUD, I've grown my HP delegation to this as much as I can, and I'm currently at the point where I can generate around 6 LEO a day from this, which nets more than the 150 needed per month,
• Within the #leofinance community, you'll find a number of giveaways daily that have LEO prizes, along with other incentives that can provide a LEO income,
• You can also delegate LEO to generate an income, with three popular accounts being @leo.curator, @meocurator and @india-leo,
• And there are also some layer 2 HIVE tokens that provide a LEO income, LBI is an example.

So you have a lot of options at your disposal. When I first started I had to use the market place to get enough to join in on LPUD, but I have then steadily worked at growing my other sources such that I can now generate enough monthly without doing that, which again, considering I only started doing this in June, is quite incredible. So the personal income boost its given me has made a huge difference to my investment growth.

Anyway, I hope this has helped explain all about LPUD and how it benefits an individual and the community. I'm looking forward to LPUD on the 15th, and hopefully we'll see a similar level of engagement as has been seen over the last 4 LPUDs !!!
