Creating a space for like minded people pays off in long run.
There's nothing more difficult than finding like-minded people. The more you grow the more difficult it will seem to get the right one. And when you are done searching but not getting what you wanted, then the struggle comes to 'fit-in' where you may not feel you 'belong'.
I'm not party going rather sits on the corner. Not boring but not like always cracking jokes. love deep thoughts, meaningful conversation. But who else love this? I found only a few. It's not like others don't like this but finding them is hard; coz just like me they are sitting in the corner.
Creating our identify, establishing it and putting effort to stand strong is not a matter of joke. Either one will try to fit in or flush with the flow. There's no in-between. Even if anyone choose the middle path it will be uncomfortable as hell.
After all we can't pretend with our own selves.
No one can play ship and survive if everyone else is wolf or vice versa.
That's why creating a space for like minded people can make everyone survive. I think, Hive is doing great on this.
Once someone finds like-minded people, they will stay. For this platform, this is necessary. Also, in our daily life it's comes out as truth. So creating that space is necessary. And once people feel they 'fit-in' they will not leave, not even if there are fewer rewards.
