A flowering cabbage?

A beauty getting entranced with my Chinese cabbage :)
He just came home from visiting Mr. B's plants and excitedly, he said one of the young cabbages bloomed, showing her photos of it. She was enthralled and exclaimed "Wow!" But then he laughed out loud and something in his eyes was telling her she's getting fooled. And so she zoomed in and it was not the cabbage that flowered. LOL!
Hmmmm... So what do you think it was?
It was a sneaky little weed that crawled under, climbed up the cabbage's stem, came out on top and boom! It would be literally magical if the cabbage bore a flower like that, noh?
Meanwhile, at the tiny garden down the yard, a beautiful white butterfly called the Cabbage White was taking its time probably enjoying something out of its young leaves. It's a cabbage butterfly after all. It didn't even fly away while its photo was being taken. Was it posing? Probably...
And yeah, there were many tiny insects ravaging that cabbage, making holes on most of its leaves. She wondered if the pests will ever get tired and leave the plant alone so they will have something to enjoy on their table in a month or two.
Yet she's keeping her hopes...

Hope you are having a great time today where you are. It's a beautiful Thursday here and while mom is snoring, I'm thinking about what I want for breakfast, lol!
I'm just glad she's getting better by the hour. I haven't been able to sleep well last night, guess I was worrying a bit too much. But yeah, she's going to get a lot better and will be back on her feet once more.
And I'm keeping my hopes high 'coz Mom's quite the fighter...

I think for a second there. stop and browse the flower of that plant and find out that it's not haha but despite that it's a beautiful one so let it be nalang hihi.
Same thought regarding those insects and pests that eat ups those leaves. Will they ever be fulled lol. If they like to eat that they must eat it one part only and not in the whole part..huhu.

The beautiful white butterfly makes me think of playing with butterflies when I was a child. The flowering cabbage is also very lovely.

Reading the first part I also had question, does cabbage really have a flower? But reading next gave an answer to a question lol.
Your cabbage is healthy and free from insecticides as the insects were there to enjoy the fresh and healthy leaves.
Haha, it did make you ask a question, lol!
And yes, that's the challenge when it comes to organic veggies because they have a lot of lovers, hehe!
