We must not forget that we are human beings as everyone else.
Everyone has a story of their own, and we must not let the ego think it knows someone too much, and jump-judge ;)

Exactly, we need to be more cautious of how we utilize our ego as it can be intoxicating at times. We should also know that no matter the good or better position we find ourselves, one person or the other has once occupied there. Ego is the true test of our character. This calls for our cautiousness. Thank you for the feedback @iliyan90
